Wow, great find. I know it's just a placeholder rendering, but five buildings on that scale would be spectacular (35-40 floors each).
Interesting to see that they're willing to sell off the lot in parcels. I'd imagine the huge asking price for the whole thing is an obstacle except for a handful of deep pocketed developers. Probably isn't as much demand for the parcel that's entitled for office space, too.
