Mary Hill Bypass must not have been used much before then.
You can look at some photos in their 1998, 1999, and 2000 folders. 1998 - no HOV lanes yet. 1999 - HOV lanes, Hwy 1 is all freshly paved, no Coleman or Mary Hill Bypass onramps yet. 2000 - Coleman complete.
