General Update/Rumour thread [Urban Ottawa]

I like the idea of converting the old Eddy site and it might get more attention if it is close to the museum of civilization. Several former-factory museums are quite interesting and the capital region has destroyed much industrial infrastructure - it would be nice to have an old building get reused. The last proposal was killed by a very high price tag - hopefully the next proposal can be a little more modest.
