Wouldn't this just move the nightmare that is currently at Broadway-Commercial west by several kilometers? Shouldn't we be trying to actually solve that situation instead? You'd be funnelling 100,000 people/day into an Arbutus transfer station, instead of disembarking them directly at their destination.
