I agree ridership wouldn't be great, but it only requires about 3 km of additional trackage to reach as opposed to a South Keys terminus. The airport should be the terminus for Stage 1 of the N/S route though (whether via the O-Train as currently proposed, or the SE Transitway as I would prefer).
