^ Besides the fact that skytrain technology in the long run will provide a better PPHPD. Even if the price difference was greater between LRT and ALRT I still would choose ALRT over LRT.
To this day we still have not fully maxed out the potential PPHPD of the expo line. If that line had been LRT. We would be debating today on whether or not we need to build something else to replace it.
