THE THOMPSON BUILDING

remember?...the one that sent me into a frenzy over the possibility of becoming a massive and exclusively low-income housing project?

All week there have been sharp looking business executive type's and architect...engineer's type's studying the entire building

now there is a app. ten foot sign in between the 2nd & 3rd floors

a for sale sign

being sold by the firm CB Richard Ellis

cbre.ca

I hope there is a decant amount of affordable\student units to the combined total of around 25%

this way, some individuals will be able to improve there lot in life, and it is fair to the entire community.

to bad "Ms counter-Logic"...AKA Dawn Sloan....rammed in a last min. 50 HBD foot height limit on the entire area....I would have liked to have seen a like 9 story condo....tapering down with terraces, to about 4 stories as it goes up Harvey.....if it wasn't for Sloane and that ridiculous town House only zoning, for the parking lot that could have been done....thanks...ohhh and with retail all along Harvey and barrington of course
