Really? Because I don't think so. Information points to a ground breaking ceremony in Septemeber. However, I think sales are likely a little slow for the Residential part in river landing.
As for the hotel component, I think that would be a good spot for a Marriott.
I don't think the project will be dead in the water, there is too much invested. I think it will just take some patience.
