^ As much I wish that an iconic 60-storey Stantec Tower to go up - I doubt that it would happen anytime soon. Remember that even with the ECCA partly closed, there's still a height restriction in place, and even if NavCan or whoever the Powers That Be were talked into easing height restrictions just west of 102 St, they still probably wouldn't allow anything taller than the Manulife Place to go up.
I believe the only way there'll ever be anything anywhere near as tall as the Urbia towers is that ECCA to be shut down completely. However, there are those who say that ECCA's second runway could be closed within less than a decade or even less than 5 years. I hope these people are right.
