Yep. Portions of Apache are looking much better. There is a lot of work to do yet, but the presence of the light rail is making a difference.

I just hope the light rail is extended all the way into downtown Mesa, and beyond, as planned. It would be cool if it at least extended to the Mesa Arts and Convention Center. That way the rail would have some sort of destination point at that end.

They remind me of the Soviet Cold War Era. They could have put some color on the buildings for sure. Or, at least put shade treatments around the windows.
