I agree that the overall scale of the proposed building is out of whack. I would be ok with it if things were in the 70 foot range, but 125 is too tall for sugarhouse.
I think 4 stories should be the max for Sugar House.

I think the Sugar House trolley will bring new people to the area who might not normally shop there but come for the novelty of riding the trolley. But most of the people who live in the condos and work in the offices will drive. Maybe 10% of the office workers will ride TRAX and then take the trolley over to Sugar House, but there will be this new increase of 90% of the office workers driving into the area. Traffic is nearly maxed out at that intersection now.
