I continue to be very frustrated with some of my fellow forumers. Trust me when I tell you...that some of us know for a fact that this project is on better financial footing "today" than some other projects in this city. I'm tired of reading about hypothetical rumors. The TRUE clients of this building have not been swayed in their belief that this project will be completed. In fact, not one person has asked the developer for their deposit. In fact, the Waterview will one more buyer in the next couple of days. A greater issue is with the bull shit YELLOW journalism of Roeder. This lone idiot could have damaged this project beyond repair.
