Progress on this one is quite rapid. When I was near the site last week the structure is already very visible from all around.... its starting to dominate its neighbors on the north side of the river.
Except of course on days like this, the fog is thick as pea soup right now. I just got home and in some areas you almost need instruments to pilot your car home!
