Walked on 9th street last night towards the ArtWalk and saw the Mode restaurant on 9th & Olive with its lighted sign and patio. Didn't get a close look, but it looked great from the street corner. Kind of an odd location with the Galaxy "1000 Beautiful Girls" next door, but hopefully Mode will start a ripple effect of new retail on Olive Street.
