You go tall, you get a pretty postcard but are in danger of creating the horrendous unoccupied canyons of downtown Calgary.

Big projects currently out for tender ... Intervac at the U of S & the Shaw Centre (the civic centre on the west side). We might then get a good opinion of how construction costs are in the city.
