It seems to me that Caswell Hill homes are a great value. The neighborhood is chalk full of character with nice tree-lined streets, boulevards and *hills*! This neighborhood has been improving for a few years now but I've come across several Caswell listings on the net of homes that are nicely renovated with lots of character but still below the city average. Caswell is definitely up and coming
