Broad St Crossing is at the corner of 11th and Broad (old Army & Navy building) There is a rendering on page 84, near the top of the page.

The Victoria Place expansion is the penthouses they're adding. I believe it's a 5 storey addition? There were pictures of it on here somewhere but that's waaaaay back.
