The Shore is in Boonyville. You can't walk anywhere from it. You can hike to places 8-10 blocks away minimum. The new CLB, all the Novare towers and the Spring will be in easy walking distance to nearby activities. Who knows, maybe one day the Shore will be in the thick of things. Many more towers will call that area home before too long. As of today no thanks.
