Do you know when the “flower and tree” street grid was built? I think the house that I spent many years in was built sometime in the early 1900s, but have never really read a comprehensive history on the area. ������

I’ve been reading the ‘Story of Dartmouth’ by John P Martin, published in 1957, covers from 1749 to 1920, I was gifted it around 2000,bought from Fisher’s Stationary. Some of the early tree street houses were East of Maple and around Rose Tulip. Here is a list of early Dartmouth houses:
