A-50 was a bit different because it requires cuts in depth of 20 ~ 30 m. Nowhere around Hawk Lake is that needed.
Oh by the way, despite the deep cut, MTQ still uses a 14.8-m median on A-50. No excuse for M.T.I. to use narrow median with jersey barrier around Hawk Lake.
