Blackstone extended their lease at 345 Park Avenue to 2034.

I think Morgan Stanley will anchor this tower.

Morgan Stanley's 1 million square foot lease at One New York Plaza expires in December 2029.

That would be enough to get this thing off the ground.

I can't imagine they want to stay downtown as opposed to being in this palace.

Morgan Stanley also owns 1585 Broadway and has a significant lease (400K SQ ft) at Park Avenue Plaza.

I could even see Morgan Stanley occupying most or all of this entire tower.
