Griffiths is really not that bad compared to most University stadiums in Canada. The west side stands are old and could be replaced, but the playing surface is in good conditions and even though they are already much better than most Usports facilities, the Huskies clubhouse is set to undergo a major renovation/addition. What that place really needs more than anything else is a new score clock.

With the exception of Saskatoon somehow getting a CFL franchise (not holding my breath for that), what are we going to do with a 20,000 seat stadium? The Huskies football team draws 10,000 for the homecoming game in a good year and the crowds then steadily decrease through the course of the season. The Usports teams that play in CFL stadiums typically suffer the indignity of having the stands 80%-90% empty for most games.
