I have to renew my mortgage in July, but with interest rates coming down and wanting something a bit larger. Ive started looking around and I can't believe how expensive condo fees are!!!
In many cases, they would be just as much, if not more than a mortgage payment. $550-850 for a one bedroom is crazy!
