The whole Pembina strip has a ton of potential and we gotta get rid of those dirt lots next to the transit station. Everything south of Chevrier should be zoned Commercial mixed-use and the city should do everything they can to line that strip behind the transitway with housing. I will not rest until that area looks like Tokyo or at least one of its sleepier neighbourhoods lol.
