I went by this site a few days ago. Nothing seems to have progressed further, but given the fact that the site has ESC tanks and site safety signage, clearly they are intending to start something soon. If it proceeds as per the original design, it should be mice infill.
Some interesting things about this, though
-There is no Belford Properties site signage. All the signage on the hoarding is for Baydo, who appears to be the developer/contractor who took over Belford's site at 6630 Telford. Belford must be out of this project entirely.
-There is zero presale marketing for this project anywhere, so I have to assume this may have been converted to a rental project. Anybody know what the case is?
