I was surprised too! They bail on Galt (which is a better location and a better lot) for this slice on the fringe of Waterfront on a piece of land that should have been one superblock but didn't sell as one piece of real estate for whatever reason. I'm assuming the industrial warehouses and derelict houses behind it will remain?
RNDSQR knowingly took on a massive risk with The Bend, and I'm really not sure if it paid off for the them. I think it's fully occupied, but I'm not sure. Alexander Docks is still nothing more than a vison and the CRU's are all empty. So why take an even bigger risk?
