UBC releases yearly transportation report that includes route-by-route ridership entering and leaving the UBC boundary:

https://planning.ubc.ca/sites/default/files/2024-06/UBC2023-TransportationStatusReport-FINAL.pdf

See table 3.2 and 3.3

The majority of 47,000 passengers entering through Chancellor, University Blvd and 16th Ave will be served by SkyTrain. A portion of the 30,000 from SW Marine will also served (SkyTrain to SkyTrain transfer will replace the R4 and become the preferred route for passengers from Richmond, along Canada Line, and Expo line east of Joyce)

So 50,000+ daily passengers even before the line was built is pretty much the entire Evergreen or the Langley extension ridership in just 1 station. The other stations are just the added bonus.
