Funny that people are dissing Brentwood Town Centre without considering the fact that this is one of the most sought-after places to live in the country now, with rental rates second in the country only to Vancouver's. It is also one of the most vibrant entertainment and F&B centres in the Lower Mainland today. For such a short time of growth from a very humble industrial neighbourhood along an old trunk road, this town centre has certainly come a long way. Amazing Brentwood will be complete once the indoor mall is rebuilt. As per many other city or town centres, indoor malls are key to their vibrancy and investment growths.

This place still has a lot of potential to grow with the right policies in place. Paying the mall a visit, you'll never feel dull, especially at the plaza and foodhall areas. With Gilmore completing, and the future Grosvenor place right across the street, Brentwood Town Centre is certainly looking up.
