This could be a blessing in disguise as JRG's portfolio looked rather uninspired / suburban... Perhaps a food hall showcasing local restaurants from across the City is better suited here.
I'm thinking something similar to Chef's Hall in Toronto, which is very successful with the office crowd and brings in a variety of popular restaurants from across town. Great bustling energy and food / drink options available.
