It surprises me that the Milum family still owns the Milum buildings and they would want to demolish them. IF the alleged plan is complete demo of all buildlings, I hope the guy is just trying to gain some leverage somehow for some sort of negotiations or concessions by the City or otherwise. I don't know how or what exactly, but maybe he's putting scorched earth on the table only to back off when getting what he wants or some sort of better deal.
