Yikes! They should've at least tried to save that 2-storey structure with brick facade, or incorporate it into the development, but at the same time keeping it separate.That would've made a nice little cake shop, tea-house or cafe type of shop-front.

Vancouver is pretty abysmal when it comes to saving heritage buildings. Sigh.
