No tower crane yet at Ag Place. Classic Regina.... close an entire street for nothing. Reminds me of when they shut half the Ring Road to get drivers acclimatized to construction that wasn't supposed to start until the next week. Other examples are:
- when there is a fender bender and the police block 3 lanes of traffic.
- when work is being done in the ditch on the ring road and they block the shoulder and another whole lane.
- the morning rush hour the day after a farmers market and 12th is still blocked by barricades.
