Ciudad Celina was an unofficial town since 2003 (called Villa Celina). In 2013 it was officially declared as a city, but since the last census was in 2010, there is no data on its population (until its officialization, it was part of Villa Madero city).
More than 60 monoblocks make up all of its buildings.
