Replace the previous design with 54 stories 194.1 meters tall(cancelled on 2012) by Rojkind Arquitectos who replace the previous 48 residential stories project by Grupo Elipse. The demolition works starts at the middle of 2009 and continue on 2010, the first stone ceremony was on june of 2011 but the project was modified again to increase areas for offices, parking & retail levels by request of new investors at the end of 2011, became to on-hold on april of 2012 without foundation works, but investors expected to re-start at the end of 2013, finally on 2014 nothing happens and considered cancelled.
On 2015 the project was replaced by Abilia's Reforma 432
