After some months of foundations works, a personal decision of the mayor of the city (Ms Sheinbaum) the project became to on-hold in 2019,but on november of 2020 the owner of Abilia decides to close all their companies and goes to USA. Some months later with no public references for this project, is considered as cancelled.
