When I first added this building does someone higher up have to approve it, because I couldn't find it either when I looked it up when I finished adding the information?

I believe it's because someone on the Approval Committee can only approve drawings that are displayed on the database. But they'll get to it shortly.

The building didn't show up because it didn't have a Structural Type entered.

Fixed it.

I saw your diagram...great!
Which program do you use to draw?
I use Adobe Photoshop 8 and Corel Photo Paint.
