[Dartmouth] Nivens Avenue (9-15 Nivens) | 2x20 M | 2x6 Fl | U/C

A grade alteration permit has been submitted for 19 NIVENS AVENUE, DARTMOUTH which is just off of Windmill Road (near Albro Lake Road). I looked it up and there is a listing with CBRE that shows the development potential of the site.

Ironclad Developments Inc is starting construction on a multi-building development on Nivens Avenue, Dartmouth (near Windmill @ Albro Lake). There are grade alteration permits in place for four properties. I haven't seen any renderings and this appears to be Ironclad's first foray into Atlantic Canada.

I was through that area about 2 weeks ago. There is a surprising amount of construction going on now. Also noted a couple of less-than-attractive new buildings, but the area is definitely packing on density.

The building permits have been submitted. For now this is 2x6 Floors - 143 Units Total. This only covers half of the total area. This will be the dedicated thread for this project.
