Cities Where SkySpire Tower Could be Constructed

What cities do you think would be suited for this tower design? My thoughts include Copenhagen (Denmark), Oslo (Norway), Delhi (India), Mumbai (India), Doha (Qatar), Beirut (Lebanon), Charlotte (North Carolina, USA), Casablanca (Morocco), Muscat (Oman), Raleigh (North Carolina, USA), Saskatoon (Saskatchewan, Canada), Gaborone (Botswana), Dar es Salem (Tanzania), and Phoenix (Arizona).

Dallas, TX - since their downtown is doing poorly, reconfigure the Reunion tower to make it a better tourist attraction and drive more interest downtown.

St Louis, MO for the same reason, hopefully it may turn around the struggling downtown (and city) like the Arch did when it was constructed decades ago.

Detroit, MI - demolish two of the Renclen towers and add it to the complex to reinvigorate it and boost Detroit's downtown recovery.

I don't think any European city needs this touristy building, as there is more interesting historical things to see.

How could Reunion Tower be reconfigured since it does well with it's current design?

Looks like it could be fun for visitors but also kind of ugly.

Honestly this kind of tower feels more suited to cities trying to create a modern tourist landmark from scratch rather than places already packed with iconic architecture. Doha, Dubai or maybe even Dallas make more sense to me than historic European capitals.

Why not to build such a structure on a mountain, which has a broadcasting transmitter and is visited by many tourists?
