Breaking news with Sydney on the brink of its biggest ever skyline transformation, with THREE Super talls planned.
Two are approved ( 309m and 305m, both offices ) and the third (307m, residential/hotel ) is in the early stages.
In my Youtube video ( @HidingInPlainSightTV, made by myself on 2/2/26 ) I break down what’s proposed, where they’ll rise, who’s behind them, and why this moment is so significant for a city long constrained by planning rules.
I also talk about why Sydney has lagged global cities, why these sites can go taller than anywhere else in the city and other major towers currently under construction.
