Beijing Tower (Tongzhou Tower, New Everbright Center 3A, New Everbright Center Phase 3, New Everbright Center Main Tower, Xingguang Center Tower 1) is a core landmark building located in the Canal Business District / Tongzhou New City / Beijing Municipal Administrative Center of Tongzhou District, Beijing, with a
total height of 275 meters. The architect of the project is
Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BIAD). After completion, it will become the
fourth tallest building in Beijing (second only to CITIC Tower and China World Trade Center Tower 3A/B), and serve as an important commercial function carrier for the sub center of Beijing.
Located at the intersection of the Five Rivers in the Tongzhou Canal Business District (the intersection of the North Canal, Tonghui River, Wenyu River, Xiaozhong River, and Yunchao Jian River), adjacent to the Ran Deng Sarira Pagoda.
In 2011, the developer obtained the land and initiated preliminary planning. The main tower began construction in 2021.
