Does Lisbon need an introduction? Portugal's largest and most famous city. Ancient port city of the most important river on the Iberian Peninsula. The Phoenicians first built a city here sometime around 800 BCE. The Romans and Goths and Moors all controlled it at one time or another, and now it's Portuguese. And lovely.
I don't have the spoons for a fully play-by-play here, but enjoy the sun, the cool breeze, the Azulejo tile, and of course the trams.
Wow I was thinking this kind of has SF vibes.. then I saw your pic of that bridge in the same style as the Golden Gate, so definitely. So beautiful in every shot. I never would’ve thought I’d link those two cities together. Thanks for sharing, this definitely seems like a must-visit city.
