Let's see...something called BSC selling a campus in the southeastern US. Birmingham-Southern College, which recently closed?
It looks like a nice campus. Someone will want it. The only barrier would be a bid minimum. And of course ownership will come with a lot of costs and liabilities that only a large organization could take on.
Rather than a single private buyer, a better idea might be deeding it to some sort of public-private entity, who would then rent individual buildings to smaller users. Much of it could be a park.
