Located between 23rd Street and 24th Street, the lot is two blocks from the Court Square-23rd Street subway station, served by the E, G, M, and 7 trains. William Xu of Grand Construction and Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

I'm a little confused by this lot. Is this tower also going on the same lot in the dark grey area in the above schematic?
It's possible, or it's possible that they are one and the same. I can't pull up anything for either. However, these ae the known addresses...
