I always hoped and wondered if a building would ever be build in that spot. It's weird how such small, slightly run-down buildings would be in such a prominent location.

Love it! Those curved flying buttresses at the base give vibes of One57 in NY. It's like neo Art Deco meets tech design, but with classic materials/color. Also love how it incorporates and sets back from the smaller buildings on the street frontage, making it feel much more human-scaled.
