It's actually purely residential, tho supposedly the ground floors can be converted to retail later one:

It's an interesting project but one that just underscores how poorly planned and developed the north side of Boul de Plateau is. Between this project, Agora and Nox, the densities are way higher along the south side of the street and the triplex/sixplex walkups on the north side are looking more and more out of place.
