Love that lobby. Hard to tell if the palm trees on the walls are wallpaper or reliefs. If reliefs, that's going to be amazing.

The 20-story waterfront tower broke ground in October and remains on track for completion in mid-2028. With just 70 residences, the project continues to see strong sales velocity, reinforcing demand for branded, design-driven living in one of Miami’s most established enclaves.

A couple years later...
So did the design change from the rendering in this thread, or are they going ahead with it as it was?

Nice rendering, but one question: why are all the towers in Coconut Grove all low or mid-rise? Why can’t they be at least 500+ ft tall? I believe having a few more taller skyscrapers in Coconut Groce would give Miami a fourth skyline, along with Downtown, Brickell, and Edgewater!

It's not allowed due to zoning codes. By the way, Brickell, downtown, Edgewater skylines are merging together to create one giant skyline (the Miami skyline).

That kinda sucks with the zoning codes. It’s no wonder why the nice looking towers are shorter than what they should be. Hopefully, in the near future, the zoning codes changes, especially if Miami even grows to critical mass as a major American city, in key areas, of course!
