This should give you an idea, I took a screenshot from a similar angle. Everything in green is under construction or completed. The current Google Earth 3D Imagery is from around 2 years ago, early 2022.
Thanks Jake.Robs. Imagine If all that was built. Would look like downtown Manhatten ! Also thanks Gillynova I have enjoyed your pics since you started posting.
We will unfortunately never look like Manhattan because we have way too many gaps in our skyline from too many angles thanks to the idiotic things called CVCs.

I think from west campus we look like a small Manhattan. From the river we look Torontoish. and from other points of view could be Atlanta with Miami buildings.

I would agree with about all of that. I'm not as big of a fan of the river view (staring North across the river toward the capital from South Congress) because of the gaps.
To test your theory, here are some angles I collected from the Pics Forum. Apologies for not crediting everyone - NONE of these pictures are mine.
Yes we have still a few gaps. Many will be filled and others are because of CVC's I for one am a fan of some of the CVC's and their gaps. It has forced unique designs of some of our buildings that wouldnt have happened without the CVC's.
