This area around Dundas and Trafalgar is definitely one of the fastest-growing parts of Oakville right now. A lot of mid-rise and high-density projects are coming in, and it’s starting to feel more like a planned urban node rather than just suburban expansion.

Oakville Yards Condos is an interesting one in that context, especially with three towers planned between 15 and 17 storeys and close to 700 units. That’s a pretty significant addition to the Uptown Core and aligns with the broader growth strategy for the area.

The proximity to Sheridan College, major retail, and quick highway access makes it appealing from both an end-user and investment perspective. If transit connectivity continues improving, this pocket could see a lot more demand over the next few years.
