I'm biased though. I just bought a two-year old unit in the area and I'm excited to see all the growth and activity. Buildings are going up everywhere.

Well, that's just a fantastic photo. Living outside of BC, let alone Metro Vancouver, for a while now, this part of the region remains frozen in my mind as it was in the mid- to late-2010s. Seeing how much it has changed is just wild. Thank you!

The 'trees' shown on the rendering may be decorative cladding (non-structural) - so may be to come.
You can see the at-grade curtain wall is recessed, so there is an overhang with room beneath for the trees.
Also steel plates in the columns as attachment points.
