I just noticed that there will be a second crane. You can see yellow crane base on the last pic.

It has puzzled me why they recently removed the second crane.

It was only there to build the slabs at the far end of site up to ground floor. With the rental building being wood frame, it will have it's own smaller crane when the time comes to begin framing.

That is one TALL lobby (comes into perspective with the 6 storey block next door)

From the renderings above it doesn't seem like it will all be (tall) Lobby space though.

It seems the Atrium space sets back from the tower face leaving the tower itself sitting on columns supporting the transfer slab on top of which the residential portion itself sits.

As for the lobby itself it looks double or triple storey height before a slab from the top of the townhomes cuts through creating another double height space (Amenity?) before you hit the underside of the transfer slab - with a ton of mechincal ducts running under that transfer slab, effectively rendering that space as a single storey height..

I mean don't get me wrong, a triple height atrium is still tall - though not that unusual for most of the towers in that area (Gold House across the street has one as well).
But it's not 5 or 6 storey tall from the looks of it.

Got it - tall collonnade, with recessed glass facade behind.
